Mobile Government Applications: Challenges and Needs for a Comprehensive Design Approach

Abstract

The paper presents a sytematic literature review of m-government applications and services. It identifies the success factors and challenge of designing such services, and examines the extend to which existing m-government design approaches address the demands. The paper finally outlines research needs for a comprehensive design framework for m-government solutions and presents initial requirements for the framework.
